Let's co-work & ski together - 2 weeks
Join us in Bansko - an exciting up and coming digital nomad hub with a modern ski installation for a fraction of the price you'd see in Italy, France or Switzerland. We're organising a group ski & remote work escape to start 2023 strong by making new friends, unlocking new levels in your business through the masterminds and having a great time on the slopes!

About the Event
What's the vibe?
We are not doing this for profit, so it's not your typical co-living or a digital nomad retreat experience. It's like going for a ski trip with a group of friends, all of whom are digital nomads, keen to help you level up your ski and your business game, all in a fun, international atmosphere. We do the hard work of putting the group together, finding accommodation and even facilitating evening workshops (although anyone can do that - talk to us if you're that person!). So, we are the hyper proactive friend who loves organising ski trips.
Why do we do this? It's more fun to go as a group, it helps us meet new people who share the same lifestyle & hobby, build meaningful, real connections and (that's a nice perk) we get to stay in nicer accommodations as a bigger group than we would solo!
What sort of people are we? Not very serious, but seriously ambitious. We love learning new things, pushing ourselves outside that comfort zone and, above all, living to the fullest. Expect laughing until you cry or pee yourself, long evening chats, group brainstorming to help you move the needle in your business, morning meditation and making a snowman. We also routinely talk to goats and sheep.
We're as serious about business as we are about playing around in powder, which means you will get stuff done AND feel you've disconnected and got plenty of rest at the end of the two weeks. Don't think that's possible? We'll talk again after you've had two weeks of fresh mountain air, daily sport and inspiring evening chats. 😉
We carefully pre-select everyone to ensure great group dynamic, powerful synergies and to make sure we all get the most of our time together.
What's included?
- stay in a twin bed room in a modern, clean apartment with wifi
- delicious breakfast ☕️
- transfer from Sofia airport
- spa & fitness facilities (that sauna feeling after skiing... ☺️)
- daily focus time to get work done (at least 5 hrs a day)
- daily trips to ski/ snowboard (at least 3 hrs)
- we can help you find a local ski/ snowboard instructor
- 2 evening masterminds a week - we'll facilitate fun and productive workshops, adjusted to the group
- daily morning meditation sessions
- socials - we will come up with fun evening activities, e.g., dinner, ice skating, etc.
Excluded:
- Ski pass
- Ski equipment
Max group size of 12 people. If we don't get enough people who match the group, we might only take 1 of the apartments we booked. We will do our best to make sure this goes ahead, because it's our only chance to go skiing this year!

SEND Deposit payment
We require a deposit payment to ensure your spot in the retreat. This payment will be returned in full if the event is cancelled or you are not selected. Otherwise, it will be subtracted from the total to pay.
SCREENING
We will setup a chat with us! The aim of this call is to screen the participants to be able to filter out the members and ensure a great group dynamic.

We will let you know as soon as possible that you had been selected to be part of the group!

Where will you stay?
We will stay in an beautiful aparthotel close to Bansko, ensuring we get the best of both worlds: independence to cook what we want to, stunning landscapes of the national park on our doorstep, great spa & fitness perks and being close enough to the nightlife and restaurants. There is also a free shuttle bus between the apartments and the town centre.
We're super pumped about this accommodation deal, because it looks phenomenal. Expect two weeks of sport, business masterminds & personal growth work to supercharge your mindset in 2023. All in a friendly group of nomads who love snow!

Your accommodation:

As we said, we don't do this for profit, we do this because we believe in supporting each other and meeting awesome people. So, on each trip we will facilitate evening masterminds, organise mindfullness sessions and get your ideas for what else would benefit you. Currently, the plan is:

💪🏻 eliminating limiting mindset beliefs workshop to help you reach all your 2023 goals - we're not coaches, we just like to kick a** in life and business, learning from others and sharing what we learnt
🧘🏽♀️morning meditation sessions with a Vippassana graduate
💻 technical mastermind: hiring & working with technical teams - how to choose your tech lead or CTO (led by a senior engineer, ex-Freetrade & PlumGuide)
Cancellation policy
Organising this takes a lot of time and effort. As this is effectively our hobby, we ask that you only please apply if you genuinely want to come.
We ask that you pay a deposit when applying to join a retreat to make sure that we are only reviewing serious applications. You will have 5 working days from making this application to make the deposit payment. If you are not selected, we will refund you in full.
If you are selected, we will ask that you pay the full amount due no later than by 1 January 2023. We will need to send the money to the accommodation we pre-booked.
If you are selected and change your mind, you may cancel and get a partial refund before 1 January 2023: we will keep the deposit but refund you the rest of the money paid. The only way to get your deposit back is to find us someone else who meets the group criteria in your place. This is because if we don't get enough people who are a good group potential, the trip might need to be cancelled, so you will be jeopardising everybody's ski time.
If you are selected and change your mind after 1 January 2023, we will not be able to process any refunds, unless you find a replacement participant for the trip and that person meets our criteria for the group.
